From the beginning we dealt with Ashley Black. She is amazing! She responded to all of the emails quickly, put our minds and doubts at ease and made the experience excellent! She is a definite asset to your company! The next person we felt with was Curtis Thompson. Curtis made me feel at ease the moment I met him. He made the time I was there feel more like visiting an old friend rather than being at a dealership. From having coffee waiting on my daughter and I to explaining the features of the car, he went above and beyond to do the job. There were a couple of other people that i met briefly that seemed l just as great as Ashley and Curtis. We had previously dealt with another dealership where we were uneasy and definitely didn't feel welcome. At Lowe you definately feel more like family than just another sale. First and foremost, I’m a new 2LT to the FLW area and not very familiar with the surroundings. I went to a Ford dealership first where the salesman attempted to sell me a Malibu. He was very nice, but I wasn’t convinced I was being offered the best deal. I decided to call Lowe Chevrolet to compare rates. I was quickly drawn in by Ashley who impressed me in with her knowledge and charisma. Upon arriving, I was happily greeted by Drew who already knew my name and the particular vehicle I was interested in. He had the vehicle readily available for a test drive with my name printed out on the inside. Drew took his time with me and made sure I thoroughly understood the ins and outs during the entire sales process. He carefully listened and diligently worked with his counterparts to meet all my requests. He definitely provided exceptional customer service. My deal was then closed by Michael who did an amazing job working his magic to get me the best lender. Extremely proficient and professional service from beginning to end. Found a great deal on a loaded used Mazda with low miles on the internet. Only problem was Lowe Chevrolet was a 5 hour drive from where we live in Arkansas. Called Saturday morning and talked to Ashley, who said the car was still there and had me apply for credit online. 15 minutes later, we're approved.. We jump in our car and drive 5 hours and it's 50 minutes till closing when we arrive. The Mazda is sitting out front waiting, and after a quick test drive, we do the paperwork. The whole process took about a half hour. Everyone we dealt with was super nice and made us feel appreciated. And, since we drove so far, they even filled the tank. Oh, and the Mazda was FANTASTIC on the 5 hour trip home. To the folks at Lowe, thank you all so much for the best car-buying experience ever!!!
