The quality of work done here is good, but they don't call you if they have questions about things -- like if they find something else wrong and don't fix it because it wasn't on the original complaint. The manager is rude and nasty. She yelled at me the first time I backed into the lot to unload my mower, said people aren't supposed to back that far into the lot. No, I didn't see any signs posted. She never smiles. The owner, Randy Pratt, is unavailable or unreachable for comments. I will not take any equipment back here again.
A Warranty repair of a new Bad Boy Mower, needed a pulley and a belt. Been in their shop over 6 weeks and they only ordered belt last week. Rude and obnoxious man answers phone, sometimes.
I bought a commercial quality string trimmer from these folks and they were outstanding. Great service, great price and very personable. After being thoroughly fed up with the only Husky dealer in town I decided to give these guys a shot. So far they have my business when it comes to lawn equipment. Thumbs up!
