Hate the wait! During the busiest time of year, still only one person working the counter. People waiting in line all the way out the door trying to mail packages.

I found the staff to be very friendly and the service to be decent.
I was missing a piece of mail and the postmaster was very very helpful and kept me informed on any movement.
I would like to know why a carrier would lie n say they delivered a pkg to my address today n it even gives the tracking number yet I have no pkg nor any type of notice stating why. I'm sick n tired of my mail being placed in the wrong box when my address is in bold black letters n my house number is in gold letters on the outside of my box lid. I want to know where my pkg is n if your carrier isn't smart enough to do their job then by all means let me know n I'll teach them I did it for 14 yrs. I'm tired of being nice about it.
