I don’t know what has happened to Melvin recently to cause him to deliver such poor service and charge exorbitant fees to my young daughter. I first used Swensons in 2001. After nearly 17 years — I am extraordinarily disappointed. If a garage doesn’t have the capacity to run diagnostics they should tell you. A seasoned mechanic should be able to identify a bad battery. Due to Melvin’s choices and fees, in the end, what should have been a simple repair has cost my daughter over $600.00. I recommend trying Firestone where my daughter has received excellent care, timely, affordable car care, with a military discount and a 2 year warranty. See Joe!
