Horrible place I was beat and assaulted there and the therapist was emotional abusive and would lie and start fights in my family they have killed a kid probably more how is this place even running.... Fred Whitehead was a staff there when I was there he was a gift form God he protected me in there Dear Lord I pray this place will be shut down
Truly horrific place. I was sent there against my will 4 years ago for a suicide attempt. This is a prison, there is no therapy, and they treat you like a criminal for having depression. 60% of the staff are sadistic, while the other genuinely mean well. I havery asthma and yet they would try to force me to do things, without my inhaler to save me. If you actually love someone, you will avoid submitting them to this place. I opted to go back with my abusive parents than stay here a week longer.
This place need to be closed down because they do not help the children get any better. In a couple of cases it has been proven that the girls had been raped and the institution swept it under the rug. One former child has a child by on of the staff members so the organization finally let him go, and this is all that was done! Sad but true! Investigate this organization. I am talking about the one that is located in Waynesville, MO.
i used to be a patient there it wasnt the best or the worst i had some wonderful staff and of course some that wasnt my fav. But it was a life changing ex. That i will never in my life forget But I miss some people and met some of the best people ever there and i still keep in touch with them idk how it is now there but it def needed some inprovements w/e..Keep up the good work and i hope u change peoples lifes like u did mine
i was a resident and they did nothing to stop girls from attacking me they stood there and watched. one of the staff had another resident fight my girlfriend because my girlfriend broke a staffs wrist. they say piney relationships wont stay with u but mine did and i love that girl so much she is my world. there was some good staff but after they left it went down hill from there.
