Dover Steam Master is a very rude person doesn't show up or answer his call's and doesn't return call's. He don't finish his job and does half the job. When you talk to him on the phone or in person he curses at you. The f bomb is all he says. He isn't a very nice person. So if I were you I would think twice before calling him to do a job for you. I don't give him any stars. I would give a swift kick out the door!!!!!!!

Very professional, always answered calls and arrived at time arranged. I highly recommend this business! There was no obscene language. I would use them again in a minute.
He was recommended by a friend I had a house fire lots of smoke and water damage he came out said he would do the job I spent 350 dollars putting in a plug for his equipment then when I told him the insurance company needed a bid on the work he was going to do he texted me the next day and said he was to busy not very professional in my opinion I think he owes me 350 bucks
