I have had several things patched and/or repaired here, also altered and re-fitted, as well as dry cleaned. Express Cleaners is always professional, helpful, and polite, and I have never had an issue with any of the work they've done. The only place in town I can find for repairs on things from jeans to a leather backpack - always excellent!
I had velcro on my OCP top pockets replaced. Well I had to go back because the velcro was in 2 pieces and was coming off. She re-stitched it but put stitching across the pocket flap where it doesn't belong and proceeded to get upset with me for pointing it out. She is a really rude and unprofessional person. I understand that people make mistakes but she didn't have to get upset with me about it.
I started a new job and received oversized uniforms. They were able to alter my uniform and have them available next day since I needed them quickly. Excellent service highly recommend.
The lady is very unprofessional I have been taking jeans here for 2 years with no problems until the last 2 visits. The creases in my jeans ( 5 pairs ) were not lined up so I had two creases on each pants leg. I showed them the problem and they said they would make sure they were done right. When I returned to pick them up the next time they were still wrong. I showed them the problem the lady said " the girl in the back is new " I asked her to not charge me for the jeans and I would pay for everything else. She got mad and through a hissy fit and stormed off. I had to pay the full price. So I will not be back.
