I just love taking my dog there even though he gets distracted by other things. They had a wide selection of treats and BONES which he loves. Deffinetly would go back better prices then pet smart in my opinion.

We dropped our dog off at 930 am and by 330 pm we had still not heard from the groomer to come pick him up. We attempted to call the groomer 5x with no answer and the main shop 3x times with no answer. When we picked him he had not used the bathroom and ended up peeing in the store. Also when we got home he drank over a gallon of water. I am extremely disappointed in their customer service and even more angry about how our dog was treated. I will not be taking our dog back to them ever again.

I love this place! The staff are helpful and friendly, it's always clean, and they have a good selection of products. Prices are a bit higher, but I'm happy to pay a little bit more for a local business. I'm a frequent customer and I've never met someone who wasn't knowledgeable or willing to find out information about a product for me. I love Rocky Top Pets!

Probably the worst place I've ever been to, nice selection of products but rude staff. I get my dogs groomed there regularly and was rudely greeted by the staff and owner. Definitely will not be going back there.

Took my Maltese there for the first time for grooming after moving here from Germany where he had a regular groomer and I am very pleased with the grooming services. The girls were excellent with him and treated him just like I would! Definitely making this place our regular groomer from now on!
