John and Rena are the best land lords I have ever had. As a military member I have had many landlords from frequent moves. John and Rena were so kind and helpful. John helped me buy, transport, and set up a fence for my dog when I first moved in. He also responded within 24 hours and fixed whatever housing issues I ran into, even fixing without charge problems that I caused. Rena always answered my texts and calls right away. When I moved out John offered to personally fix the damages that my dog and I did to the house, charging me only for supplies, to save me money. I cannot speak highly enough about the Bennetts. Unfortunately several of my friends who rent within the same townhouse area did not have good experiences with their management. If you're moving to Fort Leonard Wood/Waynesville I say with absolute confidence that J & B Apartments is the best place to live.
