I would recommend this business.
They were willing to meet me at 7 pm to show me a house. The staff are very nice. I dealt a lot with Kirsten and she is so sweet and personable. Very happy so far!
I had a great experience finding a place to rent with Miller Real Estate. Overall they made my first renting experience as stress free as possible. I will be stationed at FLW and wanted a home nearby. Addition to the two houses my wife and I came in to look at, Marianna suggested us three more houses for us to look at. One house in particular she suggested was slightly above the price we were looking to rent at, but we liked it better than all the other houses. After my wife and I explored the houses, we were down two houses to choose from. It was between one of the houses we came in to look at and the suggested house mentioned earlier. Since I will be at FLW for a few years, Marianna said she could negotiate with the owner about coming down on the price. After sleeping on the decision, my wife and I came in the next day and Marianna gave us the good news that the owner would come down slightly on the price. So now my wife and I have a beautiful new rental that we are proud to call home and we could not have done it if it were not for Marianna. She also helped with turning on the water, the public water office's printer was not working. She made an extra copy of our licenses so we can give the public water office a copy.
I have had a rough experience with this company. Attention to detail, respect for my time, and plain politeness were very absent in my efforts to work with them. I found pleasure working with another company after a few tries with this one.
Very pleased with our experience. We look forward to renting with them!
I only gave it one star because i can't go lower. This realty office is crooked and doesnt care about the tenants.
